Alicia Jeffcoat is the Office Manager at Dempster & Floyd Financial Partners. Alicia’s journey into the financial services industry began in 2020. As the office manager, Alicia excels at maintaining smooth daily operations, ensuring that the office runs efficiently and that clients receive exceptional service. She is known for her organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach to solving problems. Alicia’s ability to manage multiple tasks with ease allows the team to focus on what they do best—helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Alicia’s career has been diverse and fulfilling. She earned a B.A. in History from Columbia College in Columbia, SC. She has worked as a high school teacher, a real estate paralegal and multi-state law office manager, a stay-at-home mom, and a special needs teacher. Her dedication to community service is evident in her extensive involvement with Scouting America (formerly Boy Scouts of America). Outside of work, Alicia enjoys household improvements, puzzles, Legos, and reading. She is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they have two adult sons and a sweet little Aussiechon puppy, Vivica.
